After that, you must change it from the weblogic admin console:

2. Stop UCM manage server.
3. Under Domain Structure, select "Security Realms".

5. Click on the tab for "Users and Groups."
6. Click on the weblogic user.
7. Click on the Passwords tab, update the password and save it.
8. Stop the Admin server.
9. Once the weblogic user's password is changed, the same needs to be
Updated in the boot.properties file under :
    .../user_projects/domains/servers/AdminServer/security/
10. Start the Admin Server and the UCM manage server and try to login.

Note:
If you don't change boot.properties file, the UCM Managed server does not take
the new password and both the Admin server and Managed server will fail to start automatically.
